	H + = minutes past the hour.  Cont = Continuous.  O/R = On Request Only.
	110 - 160 and 415- 524.5 kHz.
	Frequencies shown are tone/mark centre frequencies for receivers in FSK mode. If using USB mode, subtract 1.7 kHz.
	The standard meteorological LF-RTTY parameters are 75 baud with 300 Hz shift, but will vary.
	All broadcasts are in English (EE) unless otherwise noted by an entry in the Lang column :
